1. Introduction
Welcome to Align & Re-form Pilates. These terms & conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.alignandreformpilates.com) and your participation in our classes, services, and the purchase of gift cards (“Services”). By using our website, booking a class, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. Studio Policies

• 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Clients are responsible for adjusting their own bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.

• Locked Door Policy: For the safety and focus of our sessions, the studio door will be locked 2 minutes after the class start time. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued.

• Grip Socks Required: For hygiene and safety, grip socks must be worn during all classes. Please bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.

• ​I take full responsibility for myself in class. I agree to stop exercising in class if I experience any pain/discomfort/breathlessness/light headedness and to inform my teacher

3. Class Plans & Subscriptions

• Subscriptions: Subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial refunds.

• 5-Class Plan: Valid for 8 weeks from the start date.

• 10-Class Plan: Valid for 16 weeks from the start date.

All class credits must be used within the validity period. Expired credits cannot be extended or refunded.

4. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be paid in advance via the available payment methods.

• Once a class or plan is booked, payment is non-refundable except as set out in these Terms.

5. Health & Participation

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part in Pilates sessions. If in doubt, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.

• Clients must inform the instructor of any relevant injuries or conditions prior to class.

6. Liability

• While we take every care to provide a safe environment, Align & Re-form Pilates cannot accept responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.

• Participation in classes is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our classes (text, images, logos, videos, teaching materials) is owned by or licensed to Align & Re-form Pilates. You may not copy, share, or reproduce this content without written permission.

8. Gift Cards

• Valid for 12 months from purchase.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
